Family feature films will not stop calling me!! The one time I did pick up I was told I`d owed them money (Have not ordered from them for 12 years). Was told they didn't know how much I owed and the only way I could pay the debt was to buy more movies. REALLY
My children are grown now I have no interest in Kid movies anymore.
I hung up on him since he kept talking without hearing what I was saying to him

Blood Suckers
The robot man called me last year after my back surgery when I was on pain medication. You can hear my slurred speech and slow to answer questions in the conversation- but they say they sent me 10! yes! films that I needed to pay for. I am over 60 years old and only bought a couple at a time when my grandchildren where coming to visit. Now it is almost a year later and they just used the very same tape and tried to say it was recent and they up and debited my bank account! I live on half of my husbands S.S. and he is 70 years old and is semi-retired and still working to help cover my health care needs. Now this company is taking my husbands hard earned money to pocket for themselves and don't early care what happens to others and yet they act like they are such a wonderful Christian company.
Another gentle further up the page listed a phone number for Matt Cooper the Sales contact for this poor company but when I called the number the lady said he no longer worked there. I was not buying it as I heard whispering going on. Then she asked what I needed him for when I asked if there was another number I might reach him at. I told her it was for Feature Films for Families and she gave me another name but saying he might be able to help but he had just left the office for the day. She took my number for recall....let's not hold out breath on this one.
Even if I get my money refunded this time it is not going to keep them out of my checking account unless I change my whole account or pay through the nose to keep a permanent hold against them on my account.
When I told the girl I was going to report them to the Kansas Attorney General she just said go ahead and do whatever you have to do. I wanted to reach through the phone and slap the little twirp silly.
There needs to be something done to stop and put companies like this totally out of business. Thanks for listening. Pat from Kansas

Customer Service/Administrative
While I have enjoyed movies from this company, their customer service is unprofessional and lacking in the true knowledge of what it means to "serve." Administratively, they're overwhelmingly incompetent. Almost as if they were deaf, never hearing what I say. I've updated my name, phone number, address with this company numerous times, and all for naught, it seems, because I keep running into proplems with them. They recently sent 2 movies to an address I lived at 12 years ago but managed to get the right account to take my money out of. I asked for a refund 3 days ago. I'm still waiting . . .

ANNOYING CALLS
THESE PEOPLE CALLED ME OVER THE WEEKEND. I AGREED TO LET THEM CALL ME LIKE ONCE EVERY SIX MONTHS . WELL THEY HAVE CALLED EVERY DAY SINCE 4 OR 5 TIMES A DAY. I JUST LET THE ANSWERING MACHINE PICK UP. MY HUSBAND IS A TRUCKDRIVER AND HE SLEEPS DAYS. I JUST WANT THEM TO QUIT CALLING I HAVE ALREADY TOLD THEM I WASN'T INTERESTED ANYMORE. I KNOW I AGREED TO LET THEM CALL, BUT NOT EVERYDAY 5 TIMES A DAY. ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO QUIT CALLING ME AT ONCE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Constant calling on cell
I ordered movies for my small children over 20 years ago from this company and canceled account and paid in full. And about 2 years ago I received a call on my cell from FFFF saying I have an out standing bill and if I ordered more childrens movies the balance owed would be dropped. I explained that I did not have a bill and have since moved and at the time I ordered movies I did not have a cell phone so I have no idea how they got my cell number I ask and they had no answer but continued to try to get me to order movies I said NO but he would not take no for an answer. Every since that day they have called and called using several different numbers. So I answered again only to hear same line that I owed a balance and if I ordered new movies it would be dropped. I even had my sister answer and she told them we were contaction an Attorneey so they stopped for a while and started up again.. So I told them if I owed a balance send me the bill I did not want to join again. I have never received bill to this day and still getting calls. I am getting to the point to where I will get very angry. I want these calls to Stop... I want to know why this is happening to me..

Will not stop calling us!
My husband receives daily phone calls from this company! We have told them multiple times that we are no longer interested in buying films and to please stop calling. Today, my husband firmly asked to speak to a manager and was refused! Instead, we were given this number to call: 1-800 3264598. We called and were left on hold. It is really sad that they are so harassing over the phone when in fact they have good films for kids.

Harassment
We ordered from this company on a regular basis several years ago. All of a sudden, they are calling us, and saying, "You know, you owe us for 8 movies (a lie), but if you order 2 now, we'll forgive you." They've spun this yarn so much, I think they're starting to believe it. We've asked for documentation, and have yet to receive it.

NON COMPLAINT
I have been doing business with this company for over 15 years. I own every movie they have ever produced. Each time they produce a new set of movies they contact me and YES I buy everyone they put out. It is one of the very few places that you can purchase movies today that has absolutely NO sex scenes and no profanity for those parents and grandparents (like myself) who want to teach their children positive moral values. I have NEVER had any problems with this company. I have returned CD's that were damaged and they were instantly replaced. I have called to defer payents that I had previously set up with them and never had any type of problem. I have never recieved any calls from them unless they have new movies they have released and I am very pleased to recieve those calls.
I am very honored to have been a very satisfied customer of theirs and will continue to give them my full support. Please feel free to contact with me any comments.

Violation of DNC registry
Almost 2 years ago accepted 2 videos as a trial offer from them. Notified customer service we did not wish to purchase additional videos. Two months later the solicitations started--on our cell phone no less. Usually starting around 8 in the morning and they called around 5 times a day from 3 different numbers. I complained and the calls stopped for over a year. Last month, they started calling the cell again from 3 different numbers several times a day. I renewed my Do Not Call registry in January and it is now March. It is well past the period of time where we are considered by DNC to have a business relationship due to receiving those sample videos. My wife and I have both answered their calls and tried to tell the reps "Stop calling this number" and we have both been hung up on in mid-sentence. I called Customer Svc. today and was told we would receive no more calls; and a half-hour later we got yet another call from them. There will be no more family-friendly dialogue from me to them. My polite bone is now broken.
