Scam
Okay - so I got scammed from this - paid $1.97, no big deal. Never received the disk I was suppose to get. Now they charge me $72.21. I have to write a letter before they will credit my account back. The woman told me they would cancel my subscription, I never signed up for a subscription. I will always start reading the "small print" from now on. Go to the websites, www.ryansincomeblog.com and www.matthewsmoney.com - they are the same guy!!! - How can people do this!?!?!?!

charge on my visa
they charged my visa with a charge and they mentioned on my visa statement to call and i will get a refund. The number give was not being answered only by automated service. I was not able to get through. Now they will not re-emburse my amount of 88.97 candian 72.21 us.
How am i supposed to get through my cancellation when they do not answer ...
I just find this business is a scam...

Unauthorized deduction
Okay, I have tried everything. I signed up for google chest, never got my trial kit but they did take $72.21 out of my account and I am furious. I tried contacting customer service. Its in a far eastern country that barely speaks English and they keep hanging up on me when I ask for a refund due to fraud. They charged me for a service I didn't receive. Has anyone got their money back for this? I will, If I have to sue them. I have already contacted BBB.

False Advertisement/CD-ROM contained a Trojan
Do not waste your time with this so called company!!! You are asked to pay $1.97 for a CD-ROM that will supposedly give you all the info you need to start a successful home based business. I received my CD-ROM, and waited weeks for some reason to pop it into my computer. Well I now know why I waited!! When I put the CD-ROM into my computer and clicked on the e-books button, my Norton Security informed me that there is a Trojan on my computer and I need to remove the CD-ROM in order for them to remove the high risk threat. I could not believe it!! After the Trojan was removed I tried it again, and sure enough Norton popped up again with the Trojan warning. Luckily I have great security on my PC or it would have been a big mess to fix. So if you receive a CD-ROM from this company, DO NOT INSERT IT INTO YOUR COMPUTER!!! I hope this warning helps someone!! I know better now!

Unauthorized money taking from my account
Google has taken three (3) unauthorized charges out of my debit account $1.97 on 5-11-09, $72.21 on 5/18/09 and $38.84 (on hold from the bank to be paid)
This is a scam and I want my money back . I have not received any packages from them.

taking money that was not authorized
Was charged for something I did not order or authorizing a purchase. Called to get it taken off and Camron the smart ass on the other end would not even explain what this charge was for and would not let me speak with anyone else either. Called my bank and they tried also with no luck. What scam they are pulling !!!

Unauthorized deduction from Bank
I was curious to take a look at a CD Published/sold by Google on making money from home. The only cost was shipping and I approved a charge of $1.97 from my bank account. I never received the CD and 2 weeks later another $72.27 was deducted from my bank account. I called, cancelled and was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days. The 10th day would have been May 13th. No word from them and they have not returned my money. I called them back and was told they tried to refund the money and that access was denied by my bank and they would not attempt to return my money again. I called the bank to verify that Google had made the attempt and Chase Bank said no attempt had been made by Google to refund my money. LIARS!!! SCAM !!! BEWARE!! My bank is following up with BBB and will notify the industry of fraudulent charges by this company.

google treasure chest took 72.21 out of my account on may 12, 2009 and i would like to be reimbursed and will never deal with this company again and the attorney general will be notified because it is a scam!!!
