Unauthorized withdrawal from account
I ordered the Google DVD (work from home) only.
$72.21 was deducted from my account, unauthorized.
I am requesting an immediate refund. I thought Google was a reputable company!

What is this crap! I have called their number over and over again and I am told their business hours and nothing else. I had unauthorized withdrawl from my account of 72.21. If this is where I am directed to file a complaint, where can I go to get my money back?

FRAUD!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!
I too was ripped off by Google Treasure Chest! I was charged $72.21 and I never agree to this amount nor ever ordered anything! I inquired about a "supposed" make money at home for $ 1.97 for a kit of some kind. After speaking with the so-called coach I declined my interest because the more I spoke to this guy, the more I realized it sounded fishy and like a scam. By no means did I ever agree or hear about being charged $72.21! Never agreed to that amount nor accepted any of their charges. This is totally a big rip off and scam. I had to call a customer service number to get a cancellation and ask for a refund!! I'm never going to do that again! If this is not taken care of I will contact my attorney and sue them for fraud and wrongful charges! This is ridiculous and needs to be STOPPED! People are getting ripped off and it is not fair-it's called theft!!!

Fraud-unauthorized charges
I to was taken by this company. I was charged $72.21 since I did not cancel before the 7 days. I did however try to call 866-951-1406 with no answer during the regular business hours. I tried several times with No Answer. I tried to e-mail the customer service with no response. Also to let you know YOU DO NEED TO CALL THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES TO CANCEL

2) Safelock ID- 866-879-1266
3) Google Treasure Chest-866-957-0020 get a cx number also with google treasure chest I told them I wanted a credit for the $72.21 charge and they agreed, will take 3-5 business days will let you know if they did not credit me. If they did credit me I will not post. Hope this information helped you .

Fraud
I too was scammed with the charge of $72.21. When I called to complain I was told by Travis that on the website it states that "if you do not cancel you will charged a monthly membership fee." I told him that was a bunch of bull, because I'm reading hundreds of complaints from consumers about the same unauthorized charge. And obviously none of you guys read anything about a membership charge. This is how these guys are making there money off the $1.95 CD that is a also a bunch of nonsense. When I tried to call back and blast them some more they put on the after hours recording.

Unauthorized Deductions from my Acct
I received a deduction from my personal bank acct of $72.21 that I DID NOT authorize! I have made several attempts to get a refund and thus far have been unsuccessful. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Charge I did not authorize
I too was charged 72.21 to my credit card after agreeing only to make a 1.97 purchase for a CD which you can have back. I want my money credited to my cad ASAP!!! I did not authorize for this charge and I do expect to hear from you . What can I do??????????????

Charged for Something I never recieved
I was just charged $88.46 for something I chose not to purchase and I never received the CD.
I informed them that I wanted a refund on the CD cost of $2.52 and now I receive a charge with no explanation or evidence of the purchased item.
I have no way of contacting the seller because there was not contact information given.

unartherized charges
I purchased the "Make Money From Home" CD for $1.97, I have the conformation to prove it. A few weeks later I get a notice from my bank that I am overdraft because you all charged my account $70.24 more than I was aware of. This is not only stealing from my account but fradulant information. AT this point you now owe my account $140.00 for NSF fees and the 70.24. I will go to small claims court, the State Attorneys office and the Better Bussiness Bureau and any other legal outlet I can find. I will expect you to expidite the return of my money that you approiated illegally from my account. If this money is not in my account by tomorrow, May 4, 2009, I will be seeking legal action agianst you and your company!
