Purchase a website from Hit Web Design paid $960.oo for the website . The company charge an extra $350.00 on my credit card with out my permission and did not finish my website. I call the company many of times and email them but no respond.

I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THE TRICK YOU WITH UNDERSTANDING THOUGHTS AND ALLOW YOU TO PUT YOUR GUARDS DOWN OF SUSPICION. IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE A SIGHT. YOU WILL WAIT LIKE 30 MIN TO TALK TO TECH SUPPORT. YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO EVEN REACH THEM. AFTER 30 MIN AN ANSWERING MACHINE COMES ON AND TELLS YOU TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. GRRRRR. I SPENT 500 DOLLARS JUST FOR A FREAKING DOMAIN NAME. I ENDED UP CANCELING WITH THEM AFTER 3 MONTHS AND NOW IN TRANSITION TO TAKING MY WEBSITE TO BE HOSTED BY SOMEONE ELSE. I AM TELLING YOU THEY WILL NOT GET BACK TO YOU AT ALL IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. A SIMPLE TASK (I KNOW IS SIMPLE BECAUSE I VE PLAYED WITH THE SOFTWARE THEY USE. THEY ARE JUST EXPERTS AT THAT SOFTWARE AND IF I CAN DO IT I KNOW THEY CAN DO IT WITH THEIR EYES CLOSED) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AS I DONT KNOW WHAT. I HAVE GONE BACK AND FOURTH WITH THESE GUYS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT AND YOUR SITE. PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU DONT USE THIS WEBSITE. THERE IS SOOOO MANY MORE I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT THIS IS IT WILL ANGER YOU. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR CRAZY THINGS YOU CANT FIX ITS RIDICULOUS. I READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE AND IT SUMS IT UP. I VALIDATE ALL THAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN MY WEBSITE IS WWW.NEIGHBORCLEANERS.COM. I TOOK THAT SITE AND LET SOMEONE ELSE HOST IT...I AM SO GLAD I AM DONE WITH THIS STUPID COMPANY. THEY SHOULD ALL GO TO JAIL...AND THE SAD THING IS. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DONT CARE...THEY SEEM RUFFLES. RUN from this company as fast as you can. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Once they got the agreed upon amount of money to design my website, they started adding on hundreds of dollars at a time for other features. The only time they ever want to talk to you is when they want more money. When I have had problems, which have been many with this site, I have to hold for 15 to 20 every time I call before I talk to a rep. They are usually very unhelpful and inept. The designers are armature at best and cannot do any real design work, only plug and play. Like robots. Be prepared to spell everything out exactly as you want it, crop each and every picture yourself, etc. On top of that the customer service is abysmal!! They really do not care about their clients at all, except when they are trying to sell you another $500 upgrade.

HIT WEB DESIGN IS FAR BY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! I started my project with them in July 2010, as of today, December 20, 2010, I still have no website completed by them. They had done a website for me before for my other business, I liked the website, so I decided to hire them to do a website for my other business which was a huge mistake. I should of never, ever, done that. However, I didn't know that it was so many complaints against them. Even when they did my website in 2007, there were complaints against them, I just didn't know about it. I have paid them money to do an e-commerece website, and the cost is like $12oo. I have emailed, left voice messages, and you never get a call back, or a reply ftrom them at all. The designer hired to work on my website is named Chelsey Vuyk, and she never returns any of my calls, and just like dropped off the planet of the earth. I also emailed her Supervisor, Joe Nielsen, never got a reply from him either. What kind of Supervisor is he, huh?? I then spoke to a guy Carlos Kidman who is suppose to be the Senior Customer Service Representative who you speak with to help you with problems, and getting them solved. Well, he got angry because I asked for a refund, then I found out I could cancel, but couldn't get a refund. So, at this point, I said to him, just ask the designer Chelsey to contact me we can at least finish the last few things so I can go live with my website, to avail, she still hasn't contacted me and its Dec. 20, 2010. This is so crazy, almost 6 months to do a website. So, now they just completely ignore my emails, and phone calls, and won't call me back. I am not going to sit back and let them think they are going to get away with getting my hard earned money. We all who has been scammed need to get together and put them out of business, and file a Class Action Law Suit. If anyone knows of anyone that has already started a lawsuit against Hit Web Desgin please let me know, as I want to join as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I read all of these complaints and I did not listen. I figured the people on here are just complainers and Hit Web Design told me they helped 65, 000 people. (which I found out is a lie) They do not design your website at all! they have no access to a photo library, you have to provide all your own text, your own photos and your own layout! all they do is take all of your work and place it on a generic looking site. I was lied to and I CAN NOT GET A REFUND! Customer service is basically a non-working number and they will just put you on hold until you are forced to hang up. Do not do business with this scam company.
