On 12/24 I approved a charge of $.95 for a warrent check, Transaction #16352253. This was taken from my account. Today I found a payment from my account to Intelius.com for $19.90 that was not authorized or explained. Please return the $19.90 in my account and take me off your list.

they offeredfreecredit protection for 30 days and I've contacted them twice that I did not want to persue this offer, but they have now charged me twice within the 30 days and have put my checking account in overdraft. I have contacted the bank but I'm told I have to deal with Intelius which I have done butthey are still taking money out of my account instead of putting it back in.

On 12/19/08 I contacted Intelius (www.intelius.com) for reverse telephone information for a cost of $0.99. They contacted me by email the next day to tell me that they could not provide any information. On 12/26/08 I received a notice by mail from Value Max that my American Express card was being charged $19.95 for a membership fee and I had 7 days to cancel by calling 1-888-205-2257. I checkedwith the Complaints Board and saw another complaint that Intelius was selling infomation to Value Max. I immediately called the Value Max number and followed the directions on the recorded menu to cancel. Next, I am going to contact American Express to be sure the reject any charges from Value Max and/or Intelius.

Intelius has continued to charge my credit card $19.95 monthly without my authorization. I never subscribed to Intelius and they ignore my requests to Unsubscribe! What a scam!! Now what do I do??!

I have two receipts for two charges for 24 hour search that would last 24 hours only. They have continued to charge me $19.95 a month. I have submitted them to the FTC and will to the Attorney General's office for Wash state.
