scam - charged my account
Everyone who is scammed by this business needs to file a complaint with the FBI. It is interstate banking, thus falls under federal jurisdiction. They also gave my card number to a third party that we charging me. The link to file a complaint is:

Don't be shy... this company is scamming untold thousands of people who are not looking closely at their accounts.

charging me for a subscription i didnt sign up for
I just ordered a phone number and about a week later i was subscribed to some identity theft thing for 19.95 per month. I did want to subscribe to this. Nor do I even remember being shown that i was subscribed to this. i did contact the company and cancel it out. However I do think this is a scam.

Scam
They charge for services I have never requested, double charge for those I have, and refuse to refund the costs of their error. The only way to remedy the problem is to close out the credit card used so they cannot keep charging it and never do business with them again.

Used their $0.95 option for people search and receives a $0.95 and a $19.95 in my bank account. Tis is a total rip-off and sugest that nobody use this website. Mqany complaints about them and I should have looked them up prior to using

unauthorized credit card charges
i used intellius one time for a $.99 fee to look up a phone number, they are now taking unauthorized monthly payments out of my credit card, i did not suscribe for this service, and i want it to be stopped immediately.

Did not provide the service offered
This company offered a reverse look up of any cellular phone number. I engaged their service to assist my daughter in getting the name and address of someone that hit her car, left a note and now will not answer the phone from our insurance company. For the price of $4.95 I received a first name and city of residence - that's it. Talk about stealing over the internet. I hope others will have more intelligence and check this site BEFORE giving this company money for absolutely nothing!! Very disappointiing that a company like this is allowed to be in business at all. No wonder our economy is going down the drain with legal theft like this in active operation.

have NOT Cancelled my account
I am trying cancell this out I have talked with customer service, with a Vicky and Misti...they say it is cancelled...but I have not had any money put back on my credit card...
this was due to looking up a person...I don't know what you call it...I was looking for their home address and phone number...which you did not even have the correct phone number listed for this person...Please just give me back my money...Esther Burris

Been burned by intellius. After reading the complaint board, this seems to be a common occurence. I am an attorney and I'm putting together a legal action against this company. If you reside in New Jersey and have had problems with this company, contact me at 267-808-5874.

Subscription without approval
What a rip. I only entered my credit card to pay for a single transaction - and that's what it said I was paying for. Then I get an e-mail about having signed up for a subscription that I had marked as not wanting on their website. Went to the website and cancelled. Got confirmation. Thought we were done. Now $19.95 charge on my bill. Can't get them by phone to ensure they cancel. Am filing a dispute with my credit card company, but what a hassle.
