Free Trial
Through another site, clicked on Ivory White Free Trial Offer, for $1. No details given about time frame, amount to be charged, after a certain period, nothing about the ingredients, in the product, other than peroxide. When I received package, was already charged, $1 & $78.41, together, there were two packages inside. One said Free Trial, the other said, Complete Program, which I did not order! Received package, Saturday 12/12, tried to reach someone, all day, nothing but hang ups. Called Sunday 12/13, & cancelled, however, charges already on cc, still could not reach anyone. on Monday 12/14, still kept getting hung up on, tried to send an email, denied, finally reach a representative @ 5:00 est. Even though I was charged, $78.41, for something I didn't order, I was told to return the Complete Program package, & my acct., would be credited $60. This was after stating that I'm deathly allergic to anything dietetic, & was not ordered through their website! RIPOFF! I'm on SSD!

Fraud
My daughter was on a site that offered the free trial of Ivory White. I looked over the site to see if there were any loop holes. All it talked about was $.99 for s/h fees. There was nothing said about having 8 days to try the product. When I saw that they had charged me $78.00 on my account I called and explained to them that I did not authorize this transaction. I was told that because it was over the 8 days (which was 8 days and 8 hours) that I could not get a refund and that I was paying for my first entire month and along with that, that they had future shipments for me. I asked to speak to someone higher up in the company and they told me that they were not allowed to transfer me to anyone of authority. What is up with that? I have never heard of not being able to talk to a manager or supervisor. When I kept asking to speak to someone in charge the woman hung up on me. I don't have this kind of money to just throw away on nothing and it's only a few weeks before Christmas! Do not order from these people.
I was told by my bank that I can dispute the charge, however in doing so I will have to cancele my debit card and wait for a new one. That still doesn't guarantee that I will get a refund. I'm just completely devestated. This company basically stole my kids Christmas gifts!

What you can do
Hello,
My story is the same as most of the people who have complained about
the awful fraud practices of Ivory White.
I went thru alot of trouble to find a way to complain about them to someone
who will actually possibly do something about it, and I suggest that
anyone who really is pissed off about this do the same. The more people
who file complaints, the more likely they'll be some action taken.
Here is the site:
http://www.coloradoattorneygeneral.gov/departments/consumer_protection/file_consumer_complaint
And here is the Ivory white Company address I tracked down, so people can
include that in the complaint.
6205 Lookout Road Unit D
Boulder, CO 80301
Lets get some justice!

SCAM SCAM
It's scam...they said you have 14 days for trials after that they will charge you if you want to keep it...
BUT they will send you on the last day before deadline to cancel...you do not have enough time to try it...
I called IVORYWHITE but they said "R you sure that you call the right website, 'Cos I do not have your account and we did not charge you."
OMG...who sent me the starter kits? If you not!!! "cos you are the only one that I sign in...
That's fine ...I called my credit card to reject all transaction from someone I never know...
This is their Trick, you can not cancel their charge because they do not have you in their system.
And after you pass the deadline due..they're right to charge you.
Call your bank and report they are SCAM and steal you identity thief ...
Do not let them do DIRTY BUSINESS !!!
