When it was time for their appointments, a kind dental assistant escorted us to the treatment room and made sure my kids felt comfortable. They took the time to explain the checkup and cleaning process to them, using simple language that they could understand. The dentist was so warm and approachable, making my kids feel at ease right away. Throughout the cleaning, the dentist frequently checked on my children to ensure they were relaxed and not in any pain. They even offered them some fun tips on how to maintain good oral hygiene and healthy teeth, which my kids really appreciated! After their checkups, my youngest needed a small cavity filled. Naturally, she was a bit nervous, but the dentist applied a numbing gel, making the procedure practically painless. Before we knew it, everything was done, and she was all smiles again.
