Microsoft's XBOX customer support is shitty with capital S as in SHITTY!!! I called them to find out how many times my credit card was billed and they NEVER gave me a direct answer. Ask a direct question and they will talk completely around it and then never answer it. Stick that useless reference number up your ass customer support people at XBOX...
