Bad service
Purchased xbox 360 for my son Christmas 2007.( From BestBuy, with extended 2 year warranty) In February 2008, 2 months later, was freezing up and scratching games. Returned to BestBuy. Upgraded to the new Hdmi version, which cost more money. Upgrading also cost me my extended warranty. It could not be transferred. In November 2008, got the "three rings of death", 9 months later, we shipped it to xbox, for repair. A few days later, we received an email stating they received it. A few hours later, we received an email stating it was repaired and shipped out. A few days later, we receive our package from xbox. Inside is a note stating it could not be repaired, with a list of reasons. We call xbox customer service, on the line over 45 minutes, getting the run around. Finally get a supervisor, on the line, tells us it couldn't be repaired because it was tampered with. Ah, no it wasn't. " Trevor, who refused to give me his last name, because he knew I was going to file a customer complaint on his rudeness and terrible customer service, flat out accused me of tampering with it and lying about it. Also, repeatedly told me " I don't know why you are getting so worked up over it." The xbox 360 that was returned to me isn't even the unit I sent in. It is all scratched up, with dents in the back and it looks like the label, with the serial numbers was removed and re-applied. Uh, what's up with that. I didn't take it apart. It's terrible that multi billion dollar companies take advantage of their consumers more and more and their customer service get's worse and worse. Something needs to be done about this. Consumers need to be heard. Manufacturers need to care.

Vista 64-bit
I purchased a new Dell computer with Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I wanted to make copies of home movies. It said that the Windows DVD Maker was supposed to be included. I cannot find it. To ask Microsoft a question, they want to charge $60 + tax to ask a question about their product, which does not deliver as promised. I've already had to go through a couple of hours' work and frustration with someone I couldn't understand to where the computer would recognize my digital camera. When I purchased the new computer, I was told that this was the ultimate operating system. Bull. All I would like is for Microsoft to have a website where you could ask a question concerning their products (which I purchased legally) w/o having to pay through the nose for the request. Very dissatisfied with the Vista Ultimate,

Bad service
Three years ago I purchased my first Xbox 360 as a Christmas gift for my son. Less than a year later, his system got what is infamously known as the "three rings of death". Still under warranty, I returned it to the place of purchase and received another one. A few days ago, it happened again and all my son wanted for Christmas was Xbox 360 games. This makes 3 Xbox 360's in 3 years. As big as Microsoft is, they should be able to design a system that has a longer shelf life than 11 months. I read that this system has a failure rate of 66% which is, in my opinion completely unacceptable. I tried contacting Microsoft and got a number that would not get me to an agent. I then went to the Xbox website and tried emailing them only to be told that I had too many characters and then when I weeded it down to the right amount of characters was told that I had characters that weren't "recognizable" (Um..I only used the english alphabet, periods and commas) so the email would not send. Now, a week before Christmas, I have to figure out how to purchase another Xbox 360 and still have money for the games so he doesn't have a ruined Christmas. More money thrown away on a system that won't even make it to next year. Incredible.

Rubbish
Go to the feedback section of hotmail and complain. You'll find it on Options -> More Options -> and scroll down ( Hands up who's got a sore scroll finger )to the bottom of the page. Feedback is on the bottom right corner.
Advertising will kill this off.
Please, please, please can I have my old interface back? I'm sick of scrolling, sick of opening up e-mails that I don't want to open, sick of having to move my cursor to the scroll bar, sick of having to move my cursors around all over the window to find the borders of function boxes, and my eyes hurt through the lack of colour contrast. I couldn't log in earlier. I'm sick of all of this. Recommend to new users. Yeah sure I would, I'd recommend that they stay well clear of it. You gave me the choice to stay with my old interface at the beginning. I tried the new one and instantly didn't like it and decided that I liked the old one better. Now my feelings are growing stronger. I now, not only not like it, I hate it. I've sent an e-mail before. It it possible to have a reply, please? Screen resolution??? Congratulations to the idiots who designed this. You're real good.

Bad service
Microsoft Live Search Cashback offered 40% cash back on HP.com purchases on Nov 28th. When you tried to make a purchase, you got an error message saying "oops, you are at the wrong page". Complaints to HP.com and microsoft via their email and chat contacts did nothing. This is a scam - offering a discount and then not honoring it.
