RETURN POLICY
I ORDERED A TV SERIES "COLLECTION" FROM THIS WEBSITE. WHEN I FINALLY RCVD THE PRODUCT, I REALIZED THAT THEY WERE RECORDED FROM THE TV, NOT IN ANY KIND OF CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, & MISSING ABOUT 1/2 OF THE EPISODES. THE DVD'S ARE HANDWRITTEN ON & THE QUALITY IS PISS POOR TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL EVERY DAY SINCE AUG 30TH, SOMEONE NAMED KATHY IS RESPONDING BACK EACH TIME. BUT I KEEP ASKING FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND THEM BACK & SHE'S IGNORING THE QUESTION. SHE IS PUSHING TO DO A $60 PARTIAL REFUND IF I WANT TO KEEP THE DVDS. I WANT MY ENTIRE $131.95 BACK. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO? DOES ANYONE HAVE A PHONE # OR RETURN ADDRESS?

some of what i bought wasnt there and some of it was missing
I bought western bonaza and they promsed me 3 movies and there wasnt any, some of them wouldnt play and some of them were dubbled I did get a response to them but they have yet sent me what wouldnt play, they were tapped from the tv land most of them I have about 6 so far that will not play

Customer Service
I place an order June 10 and my payment was immediatly taken from my credit card. I have yet to receive any DVDs that I ordered and it is now July 15. I have tried numerous times to contact Planet DVD and they do not have a phone number. You can only submit an email. I have emailed them 2x and was told in the first email that my order shipped and I have yet to get it. I emailed them a second time and no one ever emailed me back. This website is a scam. They are very fast to take your money, but you cannot contact them via your convience, it is by their convience.

Poor Quality/Not as Advertised
I ordered a Carol Burnett Boxed Set and weeks later got a copied, grainy and awful copy from TVLand (icon is on the DVD) The box came from China with no return address and wasn't pictured as advertised and the DVD's were all handmade! So far they email back but are giving me the run around with returning the product or refunding my money! I have proceeded to take legal action and am continuing to be in touch with them as they return my emails...

pirate recordings
I ordered the complete set of secret agent man aka danger man, which are 18 DVDs and marketed in the US. What i received was 13 pirated copies all bundled in paper sleeves in one large plastic case with hand labeled cd labels(eg 1, 2, 3. When confronted, Kathy from support desk mentioned and i quote
Please keep in mind an Official DVD Collection has never been released for this series and what you recxeived was a Collectors/Fan Version" which is guess is thier companies way of say illegally copied material.
The label on the outer case clearly states 18 DVDs but the Chinese pirate only included 13.
I havew the option after several e-mails of returning it to China registered mail at my expense to get a refund less their postage.
All in all, i get to pay twenty hard earned Americxan dollars for nothing but a cheap attempt on Planet DVD Store to make money selling inferior and illegal merchandise.

Horrible DVD RIPOFF
STAY AWAY from this online store!!! It is in China which they NEVER meatnion ANYWHERE on the website. I too like many others have gotten ripped off by these poor exscuses of a box set of a show. I recently contacted the CBS Early Show about them and hopefully they will do some reserch and meation this in one of their segments. I encourage others to contact them as well so they see just how bad this place really is!!!

Everything is wrong
I placed an order for 2 boxed DVD sets, one of the Three Stooges, one of Carol Burnette & Friends. I received a confirmatory email that I had purchased 'Hack' for the same amount.
I emailed back that Hack was incorrect. I never received a response, but I did receive Hack in the mail. I emailed them again, with no response. My credit card gave me a chargeback, and I tossed Hack out without seeing if it actually played.
However, I did notice from the packaging that it came from China and that they were burned DVD's with computer-printed DVD labels.

I just receive the DVD'S I order from planet store, and they are the worst PIRATED DVD'S I send them 3 emails and I have not receive any awnser from them PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM IT check on bussines bereu they have lots of complaints. I check all this to lateeeeeeeeeeeee.

another complaint . sold dvds that were to be a collectors box set turns out it the dvds were made in someones house. tried contacting the company with no results. now i am going to contact the attorney general to have something done with thieves like this. what there doing has to be illeagle. also if payed with credit card file a complaint.
