Awful company
I purchased a complete series set of 'All in the Family' thru Planetdvdstore.com. The dvd's were all defective and the last two discs of the series had nothing at all on them. The dvd's were sent from China and I emailed the company who 'guarantee' 100% satisfaction never responded to any of the multiple emails I sent to them. This was a costly lesson for me not to mention a major disappointment for my 87 year old Mother who loves All in the Family, and these were her birthday present. What a rip-off this was!! Shame on Planetdvdstore!!!

False Advertising - Fraud - Buyer Beware
Please do not buy from these crooks. They offer you a complete DVD box set of your favourite TV series for an unbelievably low price. But they do not send you the complete series. What you actually receive is a bunch of junk that is VCR taped from the TV and then transferred onto DVD. The disks are numbered by hand with a blue pen and put in plastic sleeves. I ordered what I thought was the complete series of The Love Boat. It was supposed to include all nine seasons on 16 DVDs - 245 episodes. What I received was 19 DVDs and there are only 4 episodes per disk. Since the complete series had 245 episodes I definitely did not receive the whole series. And it was taped from the TV Land network. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if the charges can be reversed and if they do not agree to reverse the charges I am going to tell the credit card company to cancel my credit card. If they are going to support the crooks then I obviously will not be able to deal with the credit card company anymore.

I cant believeI fell for a scam such as this one, how sorry am I that I didnt see this site first. PLEASE do not buy anything from scum like this. Bootlegged (badly) from Bravo. I thought I was getting CHiPs the complete series all I got was VHS boxes with loose discs in them that are not even worth holding on to. Surely someone can do something?

TV Copies from old TNN "Bootleg"
Rip off! Ordered The Real McCoys, 1960's they are all copies from the TNN channel sent from China. Poor quality, dvd would stop and skip. Do not order from this company!!! Scam!! Scam!!! They came with the CBS stamp on them. I Tried to contact planetdvdstore, they will not return my calls. I hope someone in CBS law department would read this and take action!!! I work too hard for my money for this crap to happen!! -Ed

DVD's are poor quality & copyright infringment
I agree with all you folks. They are scam artists. I ordered Third Watch DVD set & the picture qualify is very poor & bootlegged from TV channels i.e. A&E, TV14 etc. Cannot find address or phone # on their website. I wish I would have read this website before ordering. Their DVD's were sent from China with no return address.

I bought two Lots of DVD's which I thought were good but when I check the DVD's I found the first three stories of the series Murder She Wrote were not there and of the Movie of the same program out of the four movies I got only one worked the rest were rubblish.
Secondly I got what I thought was the full series of Diagnosis Murder and once again they the DVD's were all rubbish.

Wish I had discovered this site before placing my order.
As stated elsewhere, this company ships poor quality, homemade recordings off live TV. All DVDs are pirated, shipped directly from China.
Save your money, don't buy from Plant DVD Store.com.

Pirated/Fraud
This company is a Fraud I ordered both seasons of High Incident costed just over $100.00 to get here. The dvds are copied off of television "Fox 8" to be exaact, they are burnt copies and the dvds were put in an old vhs plastic case with a cheap graphic logo that was printed off a computer. I was sucked into this the pictures of the dvd cases looked nice on the website and it guaranteed best quality, brand new dvd sets. I hope no one else gets sucked into this because not all the episodes work they glitch and freeze. When searching i never found this complaint board and i wish i did so i wouldnt have lost 100$ and i deleted my account off there. I wish someone would shut this company/website down bc they are scandaling peoples money and the worst part is there is no return address to send it back to.

I ordered a series from this store. I have tried to contact them by e-mail but they do not reply. I have sent 4 E-mails and have had no reply. There is no address on the site and no phone number for contact. Has anyone ever received an order from them?
