charged every month for nothing
I have been being Charged every month by this company and I do not recognize the business. Easy Saver is an online scam set up by Pro Flowers which I had purchased flowers from once.

unauthorized charges
I didnt give any authorization for a 14.95 a month charge on my account. I will be refunded for the charges. I had flowers delived from Pro Flowers and passed on this flyer that popped up for easy saver and closed it, not interested. Next thing you know they are charging me 14.95 a month. Now I dont want to get flowers from them ever again.

fraudulent monthly charge
Ordered flowers from this company once. Have received 3 fraudulent charges for $14.95 since. None of these additional charges were approved or requested. I have contacted this company and my credit card and will have no further dealings with this organization. Federal charges should be applied according to all the complaints researched online.

Scam and cheating
Hey, I got ripped off by these people also, BUT, all you have to do is call the number, tell them you want the charges reversed {I had 3} the girl said she could do the first one as a courtesy. but not anymore. I asked to speak with a supervisor, she came back a minute later to let me know she was able to authorize taking off all 3 charges. Supposed to take 10 days, we will see. I will let you know if they don't.

Steals money from customers
I bought from Pro Flowers; paid using my check card. Pro Flowers gave/sold, or who knows? Maybe Pro Flowers IS also Easy Saver 8003551837. Easy Saver has whacked my bank account for 33.85. Don't shop Pro Flowers.

Fraud and cheating
I ordered flowers through Pro Flowers and then all of a sudden appearing on the credit card was a bill from Easy Saver. At first my husband thought it was something I had ordered. Then when we were billed again he checked with me and absolutely NOT did I order anything from Easy Saver. I called Pro Flowers and they said when they offer you free shipping it goes to Easy Saver. They seemed to know how this Easy Saver worked and that people weren't aware of what they were getting when offered this free shipping. It's a SCAM and I reported to my credit card company and they will contact Security Services of this fraudulent billing of Easy Saver and Pro Flowers.

deceptive "free shipping"
Pro Flowers.com claimed they had a $15 shipping credit when ordering flowers. Come to find out the credit is available through Easy Saver which charges a monthly fee. Very Deceptive!!!
