Tried the trial and called to cancel. They were not too thrilled to cancel and played dumb to my call and the reason. They said they would call back in 24 hrs with a confirmation. I was busy for 4 or 5 days and then I called them back. I got charged anyway and then 2 weeks later got charged again. I have a cancellation # and still had to fight with the out of the country call center. I am appaled that this is allowed to happen over and over. These sites should be monitored.
