I called to cancell as the product is too expensive, $83.80. I was told the system was down and they would take care of everything when it came back on and took my information. A month later I'm still charged for this amount and again I called and now they said it would be taken care of again. I can't seem to get this canceled. It's very difficult to understand the person on the other line as they can't speak English very well. read full review »
