Months ago I too decided to try the "free trial" of Pure Rez. I used the product for a few months a decided that it was not doing anything at all for me. I called to cancel my order and had to leave a message. I received no return call just another shipment. I sent e-mails to their customer service department and left more messages but my order was not canceled I just received more shipments. Finally a few months ago I got someone on the phone and canceled my order. They assured me I would receive no more shipments but guess what?! I am still being charged and still receiving shipments. I sent another e-mail to their company and left another message on their customer service line. It has been over 5 months and still I have been unable to cancel my order. Looks like I am going to have to go through the annoying process of canceling my card so that they can no longer charge my account. NEVER purchase this product!!! It does not work and your free trial will turn into months of charges to your account! I am writing to the Better Business Bureau next. Has anyone else actually been able to cancel their order?
