Months ago I too decided to try the "free trial" of Pure Rez. I used the product for a few months a decided that it was not doing anything at all for me. I called to cancel my order and had to leave a message. I received no return call just another shipment. I sent e-mails to their customer service department and left more messages but my order was not canceled I just received more shipments.
