Unauthorized Debit on VISA card
I paid $2.97 for an internet biz kit with my VISA card. Two days later when I was buying groceries at my Jewel Foods Store, my VISA charge was rejected. Pissed, I called my VISA card services and they informed me there was unusual activity and did I recognize a $79.90 RECURRING MONTHLY charge and a $2.97 charge for the kit. They asked if I thought it was fraudulent. I said "yes I do". KA-BOOM!!---My VISA credit card was de-activated and a new card (with new numbers) was issued. But good news the VISA card company was aware of this scam and provided the contact information to me. So I called PWW BIZ KIT at 1-800-497-4988 on 10-22-2009 and kindly requested that they cancel all charges. They agreed to do so and gave me a confirmation number. I went online and put in place a 90-day FRAUD ALERT immediately.

No one willing to talk
I purchased the trial service to start an internet business, and when it wasn't what I expected, I asked to cancel my subscription. When I got my bank statements, there were two regular charges for the biz kit. When I called the 800 number, I talked to someone in the Phillipines and got absolutely nowhere. They wouldn't let me talk to their supervisor, they wouldn't give me a refund, and they wouldn't help me resolve the issue at all. All I got was a repeat that the contract states there are no refunds, and he couldn't do anything about it. I might as well have been talking to a robot for all the help and information I got. Stay away from this scam!

unauthorized charges
I had two unauthorized charges from this company, I called in the trial period they gave you to cancel the service and they gave me a cancellation number and today I realized that they charge me for two months $160 when I called this guys they told me that I never called them to cancel and that the effective date of the cancellation will be today, unfortunately I lost the cancellation number and I do not have any evidence to fight with them, I already place a claim in the econsumer and I am going to place a claim in my bank. I do not know what else we can do, we need to stop this guys...

Not known payment
I have been charged £50.03 for something I don't remember ordering. I have no reccolection of making an order of any description to a company in America.
The number 800-4974988UT is on my bill.
Can anyone advise me as to the company name?
