This is not a complaint! Shipping takes forever, but worth the wait. I've received four watches, ordered two more. I own two genuine Rolex and two real Panerai. I was impressed by the quality of the watches I received. I had occasion to contact the company a few times and had a rapid response from "Helen" (if there really is a "Helen"). Could well be some Chinese guy named Chong. How would you know with email? Doesn't really matter, rapid response to my emails. I'm very satisfied with the dealings I've experienced with this company. I would not suggest the extra cost for the faster delivery. It seems no faster, and the watches eventually arrive anyway.
