This is not a complaint! Shipping takes forever, but worth the wait. I've received four watches, ordered two more. I own two genuine Rolex and two real Panerai. I was impressed by the quality of the watches I received. I had occasion to contact the company a few times and had a rapid response from "Helen" (if there really is a "Helen").
