Don't even take the trial unless you are fully prepared to pay the full amount for the trial product, AND be enrolled in the monthly program. Customer service does not exists. Messages to the CS line and email are never returned so you CANNOT CANCEL. They claim to be available Mon-Fri during normal business hours, but repeated phone calls to the 800 number during different times of the day, on different days went straight to voicemail. Messages were NEVER returned.

Their customer service ticket system intentionally does not work if the subject or comments have anything to do with canceling. I'm not sure why, they ignore these tickets as well.

Don't be lured in with the no-risk blah, blah, blah all over the website. They have no intention of EVER allowing you to cancel the auto ship program.

Stay away from this one unless you are prepared to report you credit card stolen so they cannot continue to bill you every month.
