Don't even take the trial unless you are fully prepared to pay the full amount for the trial product, AND be enrolled in the monthly program. Customer service does not exists. Messages to the CS line and email are never returned so you CANNOT CANCEL. They claim to be available Mon-Fri during normal business hours, but repeated phone calls to the 800 number during different times of the day, on different days went straight to voicemail.
