who's running the show there?
There's something very seedy going on with Safelink...I signed up for the 125 min. a month plan three months ago...have for those three months received 68 min...not 125 ...yet when I call they claim I have...why...would I lie?
Calling Safelink is a designed nightmare...they know exactly what they are doing ...they have Russian (my experience) men and women available for tech support...their voices are always garbled...really, always ...there's unbearable background noise...other techs on phone with customers..too close...very loud...close to impossible to hear anything ...they want me to believe they haven't noticed these flaws...? really?
I think it's all by designed ...but why? and...Who's getting my minutes?
A previous call to tech support concerning a ill cell phone had me handed around like a hot baked potato only to go through the same process...from the top... over and over with Russians who think they are speaking English...until you want to scream.
Someone is getting paid to run this show...who? I'm going to report this to the government...and the BBB

Hard to get my mins.
Every month I must call to get my alloted 68 mins. When I call the safelink number I recieve an automated message that due to high call volume they can not take my call--- this goes on days at a time all through the times when they are supposed to be open-- so I call the tracfone number, get a tech and she tells me that my july mins. were issued on june 28, 2010. which is not true-- they were not issued-- they ripped me off again! In fact it is my understanding that if monthly mins. are not issued to the person that they are intended that the mins. are put in a pool and split between the techs!!!

Have phone-No Service-no minutes
Had a new phone from safelink one week. Been on phone with service techs, supervisors, transfered, re programmed phone 6 times, for over 3 & 1/2 hours. No service, wont take minutes, wont work, wont send me new one, - complete run around, and around - Simple - it don't work, . I have a new phone that wont work. I am sure that they are collect subsidies for it, isint this fraud?
Their customer service is the worse, the calls go to broken english speaking people in Belize. If you are spanish-speaking- that is ok. Some of the 7-8 people that I spoke too spoke better than others. They all asuured me that it was fixed. Over and over, call after call. Get no where.
They gave me a phone number that is long distance from the home location? What is wrong with this bunch of idiots?
