Every month I must call to get my alloted 68 mins. When I call the safelink number I recieve an automated message that due to high call volume they can not take my call--- this goes on days at a time all through the times when they are supposed to be open-- so I call the tracfone number, get a tech and she tells me that my july mins. were issued on june 28, 2010. which is not true-- they were not issued-- they ripped me off again! In fact it is my understanding that if monthly mins. are not issued to the person that they are intended that the mins. are put in a pool and split between the techs!!! read full review »
