i have had a safelink for over a year..half the time i dont recieve my minutes...when i have to call them its never ending...20+ calls per day for about a week just to get through then being on hold for hours...finally get a rep on the phone they transfer me to someone else only to be told to call back later...WHAT THA...and then its wait 72 hours for update after that its 4 to 5 days lol by then its time for the next allotted monthly minutes to come and process starts all over... read full review »
