lies, breaking of contract, changing policies, different informasation from representatives with t-mobile
I have had nothing but problems with t-mobile. Trying to resolve issues and get the run around. I can't fight a big corporation, but I am so tired of being told different information from representatives in customer service. I bought a phone from them being assured it would work as a modem with high speed internet on my laptop, later to find out this was not true, then returned that phone and replaced it with a blackberry to use as a modem, which I was able to do and then it stopped working and I called customer service and they told me they no longer support or give information out on how to use the blackberry as a modem. Both phones that were purchased were sold with the cables and software for the purpose of using these phones as modems. I frinally figured out how to get the blackberry as a modem again. I again called a representative about the "high speed internet" I was supposed to get and was told that t-mobile was working on building new towers to make this possible and later was told they are phasing out the use of phones as modems. I feel I was swindled into these things and the contract was broken by t-mobile and cannot find any recourse to take to make them own up to their bad company policies and give me either a workable solution or release me from my contract without charging me 200.00 to do so.
Sincerely,
Dianne Dunaway
