put my payment on another acct
I have been with T Mobile for a year and a half, always paid my bill on time but have had my payments misdirected twice. I pay 52.00 a month for 1000 minutes and 1000 text messages.. this payment is made on the same day every single month, but this time I had service for one week and had to borrow a phone to call them because they won't even let you call cs if your mins are to low. C.S (whom I could barely understand the rep.) Which is another issue all together. I called 2 times for over 30mins each time being told this. Third time I reached someone who could read english who informed me my payment was put on a "Flex Paymt." Which means I pay .20c per min and per text so my 55.00 lasted 7 days. (Why would I choose this) I am on a fixed income and can't afford to throw out this $. The rep informed me they would not put payment where was intended. I told him I will never use TMobile again if this isn't adjusted to where it is always put on my monthly plan. He put me on hold asked his supervisor and told me No they will not adjust. So a very good customer paying top dollar for services not at all appreciated by this provider. I have to go 3 weeks now without a phone. The customer Service is the absolute worst bar none, of anyone out there. Buyer Beware!!!

phones and customer service
I have been a customer of t mobile since 2004. After all these years of pretty good service I thought it would be ok to get a new phone with them, which meant a new contract. Big mistake! They wanted $30 a month just for the web service, so I tried to get the best touchscreen phone they have that didn't have to have web. ( Gravity T) After I opened the phone I thought it was lacking some features that would have been nice, but I could live without. A month later after talking on it for about 10 min, it started giving me a lot of feed back. I called them, they replaced it. It started doing the same thing, and they replaced it. They charged me $20 for shipping. I had the same problem with the replacement phone. I called them again. They told me that I could get the same phone (a 4th phone) or I could get one that was rated so low they are discontinuing them. Or I could pay them $200 to cancel my contract. After this I will NEVER use them again!

WORSE PHONE SERVICE
FTMOBILE IS THE WORSE PHONE SERVICE OUT THERE, I HAVE TO CALL COUPLE TIMES A MONTH ABOUT MY PHONE NOT WORKING. NOW A LOT OF PEOPLE ASK WHY ARE U STILL WITH TMOBILE.. Bc they charge you 200 dollars to get out a contract in which I don't feel I should be changed nothing to leave them.. THE REPRESENATIVES ARE NEVER A HELP THEY LIE ABOUT NOT GETTING MEMOS FROM ME CALLING AND COMPLAINING I ASK TO CHANGE MY PLAN THEY SAY I CAINT HALF THE TIME THE PHONE DROPS CALLS OR PHONES GO STRIGHT TO VOICEMIAL OR PHONE FREEZES THE INTERNET IS SLOW OR DON'T WORK TMOBILE IS DOWN AND HAVING TEMP PROBLEMS AND AND MIND U NOT ONCE DO THEY CALL ME TO TELL ME THIS OR TEXT ME BUT YET AS SOON AS I DON'T PAY THEY START LITTERALLY STALKING ME THEY CALL ME TWENTY TIMES OR MORE THEY TEXT ME. THREE TIMES A DAY THEY LEAVE VOICE MAILS AND ONE TIME. THEY MESSED UP BIG THEY CHARGE ME 800.00 AND WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED THEM ABOUT IT THEY WERE SHOCKED AND ACTING LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS COULD HAPPEN AND THAN EVERY TIME YOU LOOK AT YOUR BILL THEY CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING EXTRA NOW IF I'M NOT BUYING RINGTONES CALLERTOONS GAMES ECT... WHY ARE THEY CHARGING. ME IF I COULD AFFORD A LAWYER I WOULD BE SEUING TMOBILE I'M TIRED OF PAYING FOR SERVICES I DON'T GET I DO HAVE A FAMILY THAT I AM TRYING TO HELP SUPPORT I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING I HAVE TO DO TO GET OUT OF MY TMOBILE CONTRACT AND GET RID OF TMOBILE FOREVER. I WILL NEVER. EVER. REFER ANYBODY TO TMOBILE ON A -0 to 10 TMOBILE IS A -0. And this has been a problem with everybody I know who have tmobile so TMOBILE NEED TO STOP ACTIONG SUPRISED AND IGNORANT WHEN PEOPLE CALL AND COMPLAIN I HOPE THIS GETS OUT TO SOMEBODY AND IT HELPS GET TMOBILE OFF THE MARKET AND GIVE PEOPLE THERE REFUNDS BACK!

my bill
I am having problem with my bill. My bil for this 21/2/2011 is £124. I have speak to one rep who told me I have two contract phone and another who said io was being charge because I change my number in the middle of the month. When I started to ask question and they don't know how to answer me. They start tell me I was being rude. I have speak to another gentlemen who say I was charge because I didn't pay january bill. That's not true becauase I use credit card to pay. From I been with t mobile its pure trouble. They charge me for things I don't even used. I would like to know how to complain abvout them, because I refuse to pay this bill untill some sensible can explain it to me. I feel like they are cheating me, because if I speak to ten different t mobile rep. They all tell me a defferent story about my bill.

Billed for something I have never heard of
I received an SMS from Ivusu Motivations saying: Welcome to Ivusu motivations, SMS cost R2mth. SMS Stop to 41360 or Call 0860181187. For T&C go to [Hidden Web Address] I make it a point to never enter my phone number on any SMS Lines or Online content as I do not obviously want to have spam or be billed for unknown items. Secondly receiving spam from a company is one thing but being debited money each month without my consent is theft. I called the call center and was greeted by someone saying that it was ''T-Mobile' when i asked to speak to a manager he was incoherent and after speaking my mind he agreed to take my number off their database. I was told this would be done in a matter of minutes and i would receive a confirmation SMS. It has been 3hours and I still have not heard from or received anything. I would like to reiterate that this is theft and will be treated as such.

Unauthorized Withdrawal amount
TMobile made errors on a closing bill charging me $560.00 . I called and the adjustments were made, the total of the bill was 254.00. I approved the withdrawal of 254.00. I checked my account later and $560 was taken out. I called and was told it would take a few day. A few days passed and still no refund. I called and again was told it had to be approved etc and it would be a few more days.
What the hell. why would it take them seconds to withdraw money and 10 days to return it? There ought to be a law.

missleading people
selling a phone with 2 year contract .. that was not even offerd with contracts.. ... and i cust service... i called you all day every day you guys are all i did cawll begging for help ..i will contenue to call try to get help ... its a game now ..
you see what was done to me and did nothing to help .. .. well i do now know the phone is not a contract phone at walmart when i was sold it so no thanks to you .. it now is offerd with 2 year contract at wall mart . .. run little boy in lake land

Billing
When my contract was up on December 10, 2010 I called to have both my phone lines cancled T-mobile made it extremly diffcult and transfered me to three different departments before I was told my lines would be canceled. I recieved a bill a few weeks later for 400 dollars. I was given a detailed billing cycle was for after I closed out my account. When I called and asked to be given a detail bill I was told that because I closed my account I could not recieve one to go to a T-mobile store. When I went to a t-mobile store they told me that they could not print up a detailed bill either. I called yet again to customer care and was told I went over my minutes and had roaming charges after I had closed the account I asked again for a detailed bill as was hung up on.

unothorised e mails
someone has hacked into my computer and is sending random e mails to my friends, they are not malicious but i feel my privacy on my computer is lost. i am not very computer litterate and i do have security installed, i am now wary of going on line as i dont know if this when the hackers can infiltrate my computer.help!!!

Early Termination of Family Option
We do not live in Midland. We live in small west Texas town and commute forty miles one way to shop there. We are a family of five and each has a mobile cell phone with the same provider. We have had the same provider for eight years. Our current contract ended this month (December 10). In anticipation of the contract's end, my wife and I decided to shop around providers. So, we drove to Midland in October. We found exactly what our family needed with the T Mobile "Kids are Free" Family Plan. We were told by the Kiosk salesperson that the Kids Are Free plan goes until the end of December. This was great for us because our contract ended December 10 and we could make the switch without being charged fees for early termination. Today (December 14) we drove to Midland to switch providers and sign on with T Mobile. We got there and we were told that T Mobile had pulled its Kids Are Free offer "back in November."
I am upset and disappointed. An 80 mile round trip based on the premise that the Plan was still available. The plan would have cost us $89 per month for two years. Instead, we were shown a Plan that would have cost us $160 per month for the same services. Needless to say, we are back with our current provider at the "low" price of $129 per month.
I will never shop for service with T Mobile again. You cannot trust the company to stand behind its product offerings for the length of time advertised. Why shouldn't it suffer an early termination fee for yanking the Kids are Free promotion before the advertised deadline?
