I ordered in november and it said 2 week delivery. the company rang me straight away saying that all 3 items were out of stock but arriving on a container in 4-6 weeks. i decided to wait and then high winds delayed unloading of containers at docks. they kept me notified all the way, and finally on the day the container was unloaded, they let me collect my goods at 10pm from their warehouse in wolverhampton. I needed the goods urgently, and they refunded me 10% as i collected instead of opting for free delivery. Will certainly do the same again even though the delay was somewhat of a shame.

I bought a mirror for £139.99 mid September and payment was immediately taken from my credit card. The company told me that the mirror was not in stock and that I should expect it in about 3 weeks. However the mirror did not arrive until 2 months later and it was damaged. I immediately contacted the company who told me they should be able to replace it within 14 days. 3 weeks later, when I enquired again, they said they could not provide a replacement until just before Christmas or January. I then asked for a refund which was refused, they said they would keep me informed about the replacement but it's been more than one monthsince then and countless emails to them and I never heard from them again. It has now been 4 months since I ordered the mirror! I am now looking into suing them in the Small Claims Court.
