I ordered in november and it said 2 week delivery. the company rang me straight away saying that all 3 items were out of stock but arriving on a container in 4-6 weeks. i decided to wait and then high winds delayed unloading of containers at docks. they kept me notified all the way, and finally on the day the container was unloaded, they let me collect my goods at 10pm from their warehouse in wolverhampton. I needed the goods urgently, and they refunded me 10% as i collected instead of opting for free delivery. Will certainly do the same again even though the delay was somewhat of a shame. read full review »
