I bought a mirror for £139.99 mid September and payment was immediately taken from my credit card. The company told me that the mirror was not in stock and that I should expect it in about 3 weeks. However the mirror did not arrive until 2 months later and it was damaged. I immediately contacted the company who told me they should be able to replace it within 14 days. 3 weeks later, when I enquired again, they said they could not provide a replacement until just before Christmas or January.
