I set up freight with Unishippers for an 8am delivery to CO. The truck was scheduled to pick up 2 days before so the driver could make it on time. When I set up the shipment I was very clear about the 8am delivery! The day before delivery I received a call from a Unishippers saying that it was "impossible" to deliver @ 8 and the truck wouldn't arrive until 2pm. I told them there would be a back charge. So the next day arrives and my crew member out at the job site gets a call that the driver ran out of fuel 10 miles from the job site. My guy and MY CUSTOMER had to go and find him fuel. By the time he finally arrived it was 6pm. I will NEVER use UNISHIPPERS AGAIN!!
