I set up freight with Unishippers for an 8am delivery to CO. The truck was scheduled to pick up 2 days before so the driver could make it on time. When I set up the shipment I was very clear about the 8am delivery! The day before delivery I received a call from a Unishippers saying that it was "impossible" to deliver @ 8 and the truck wouldn't arrive until 2pm. I told them there would be a back charge. So the next day arrives and my crew member out at the job site gets a call that the driver ran out of fuel 10 miles from the job... read full review »
