In the past, our company used Unishippers quite often. Their customer service used to be very good. Recently, they became very hard to reach by phone, hold times were 10 minutes or longer on a regular basis. Our salesperson was Bonnie Olhausen and quotes started to take forever. Even missed pickups became more frequent. My boss came down on my so many times over these problems that I had to start looking around. We have switched to GlobalForwarding.com and they have been very good so far -- their rates are even better than what I was getting from Unishippers to beigin with. read full review »
