The company calls and asks if you are the person in a certain position and asks if you are interested in receiving the publications. Once they have your email address they mention about the canecllation which at that time I said I did not want them to send anything that I have to cancel. By this time they have asked you your name, DOB, email address, and they do not cancel the order. They send you a notification and ask you to look it over and make changes which I did not open as I work for a government agency and are not allowed to open erronous mail. Teh start to send you this publication for several months and then cone the invoices looking for payment stating past due and notices have been sent without response. Then they send you to collections. This has happened twice so far at my agency.
