The company calls and asks if you are the person in a certain position and asks if you are interested in receiving the publications. Once they have your email address they mention about the canecllation which at that time I said I did not want them to send anything that I have to cancel. By this time they have asked you your name, DOB, email address, and they do not cancel the order.
