Thrown from wheelchair out to ground
Manager at walmart got five employees to scream obscenitys at me after I had just got out of the
hospital emergency for a bad right knee - I stopped there for food and had to use a wheelchair to shop and after I had paid for my food the manager and five men surround and threatened me as I was connecting my groceries to my bicycle. Then HE called a trio of Albuquerque police and had them physically pick me up and throw me out the door to the concrete! Then the cops threw my
groceries on top of me -then they threw my bike and my laptop on top of me. All this at 5 am
on MEMORIAL DAY MORNING - AFTER I had just come from the VETERANS Hospital where
I had been taken by ambulance earlier that day because I became lame and unable to walk due
to having been dragged by an Albuquerque buss a few days before.

I went at hopemills walmart to return a comforter...the two cashiers stood around laughing and talking about a guy trying to flirt with her.. while she was checking me out...after that I preceded to walk around the store and look for a replacement comforter that was instock online...there was noone in the dept...i then saw stockers and asked them...they told me they didnt know and that someone should be in the dept soon...i look over and see three employees one...sitting on the bench...(later i see her show up by the bedding where she was supposed to had been)...then also two others conversating in the middle of the isle about something that had nothing to do about w work loudly...so this is how the employees at walmart behave at ten thirty at night...very bad customer service!

athletic cup fiasco
i shop at wal-mart in rogers, arkansas. one day i purchased an athletic cup for use in my local softball league. i have to get the extra large because my dong is so massive. they didn't have my size so they recommended i purchase a size 10xl super nutsack holster - the eddie bauer edition on walmart.com. i really needed it so i set up the transaction online. a few days later, i got an email that it arrived and i went to the store. the associate was very nice and went to the back to retrieve it. since it was so big they had to get another associate to carry it out to me. 2 people were not enough so they had to get the really big guy who looks like the guy from the green mile who pushes carts to help. finally they got it out but i wanted to make sure it fit so i went to the family restroom and released "the thing that vaginas have nightmares about" from my shorts. i stopped to admire my ding-a-ling as i often do then i placed the nutsack holster on my titanium man balls. they were too small and they didnt have the underwire support like a specifically asked for. now i am out $39.95 for this janky ass nut holster and i drove all the way over there for nothing.

i called one of the assistant managers but she was afraid to see how it looked, so i took a picture with my iphone but the lens is not wide enough so all you see is a sea of white from the holster. she was kind of hot so i told her i would take a blowjob so that my balls would go down. she refused so i asked to see the manager. the manager was not hot but she looked really slutty so she passed me a note to come around back by the delivery door. at about 6 pm, she played my rusty trombone but did not have the decency to give me a reach around! customer service at wal-mart is such bullshit. not athletic protector, i'm out 40 bucks, and i get a shitty blowjob from a slut with hpv and fake boobs. i shot my load on the ground. as i got up to walk away i slipped and sprained my ankle. so i had to buy an ankle wrap from the pharmacy section. i did not have the sunday paper but i heard that they sold the same brand on sale at kroger for 25 cents less. those fucktards at the register would not price match. so i said fuck this and left the store. some 97 year gremlin asked me for my reciept. i said screw you chester! why are you asking me for my receipt? are you accusing me of stealing? he said no, but i suspect he thought i was stealing. so i threw the wrap on the ground and walked out.

then as i was leaving i saw the first assistant manager who refused to give me a bj. she smiled and said she got off work a moment ago and she would like to give me a handjob. i was really upset so i said ok but be gentle. she gave me a decent handjob but it wasnt enough for all the bullshit i went through. i am never shopping at wal-mart again!

damaged watch
Incompetent Supervisor and damaging service. I took my watch to the jewelry counter for a simple battery replacement. After much inexpert probing, Nancy finally got the back off. After putting in the replacement battery she fiddled with a machine to replace the back. all it did was dent the back so the edges flared. She then took a hammer to the back of the watch to attempt to bang out the dent. Then she and two other associates kept trying to set the back on with the presser machine that now had tissue on it to make the pressing disc stay on. Each fumbling attempt by three different sales people failed to set the back on the watch. After twenty minutes I couldn't stand watching this anymore. I asked for the Supervisor. Nancy was the supervisor. I asked what was going to be done about this. She said it was not her fault, the machine didn't work right and offered a $20 Timex replacement of my choice. In order to have a replacement she required me to leave my watch with her. It happens to be a Mickey Mouse that I've had for more than 3o years. No Way! Utterly exasperated, I left the store with my damaged watch in two pieces and really angry with Walmart.

Sells rotten food
We stopped in to Walmart to buy a head of lettuce for dinner. We chose the best looking one from a batch of fairly poor looking lettuce heads. When we got home and peeled off the first leaf, the whole head of lettuce was rotten all the way through. The next day, we went back to Walmart and exchanged the lettuce and asked to see the manager and the produce manager. After a long wait, someone showed up, but refused to supply her business card. It is not the $1.50, that bothers me. It is the time it takes to go to the store and come back and the lost meal, that is the problem. You hope you can trust your food source to provide healthy food, but apparently, you can not trust Walmart. I was told on the phone by their store manager that Walmart does not hire produce managers, so there is no one with the expertise and training to prevent putting out rotten food for sale to the customer. One would think that this represents a huge liability to Walmart and worth hiring appropriate, trained people. Apparently, not. I will get my food from a more reputable grocer from now on.

Money Cards
I bought a Walmart Money Card late last night, putting a specific amount of money on the card to pay my cell phone bill which was due before midnight and my cell service would be shut off if not paid before midnight. The Walmart representative who sold me the card said the "activation line" may be closed but not to worry because I could activate my card online. Well, I certainly tried to activate this phony card! I had everything required...receipt, activation code, number for temp card, everything...and all I got after entering all of that information was to tell me to call the line activation to "finish the activation"! GREAT! Now my cell service will be shut off and I won't be able to call the activation line, plus, I will have to pay additional fees to restore my cell service! There are all sorts of hidden fees in these cards and they DO make it almost impossible, if not TRULY impossible to speak to a live person, and after hours, you may as well forget it. I think it's time that Walmart get a good old fashioned lawsuit to make them CLEAN UP this Money Card business and I may be the first to do it if my cell service is shut off before I can get this mess straightened out and if I do incur any fees to restore my cell service! I have only used Walmart's Money Card once or twice before and only to pay an emergency type bill, I then canceled the card to avoid all of those hidden fees. People beware, there are far too many fees attached to continued use of this card and all you are doing is using your OWN MONEY! GET IT?

returns
I was lied to by the walmart cashier that I was able to return my breast pump as long as it is unopened and I have the original receipt within 60 days. I called customer service and they also told me I could return the item unopened. But they denied me when i attempted to. Who can I get in touch with to help with my return? It is not fair for them to lie to customers. I am now out $100! Who can I report this complaint to other than the walmart store managers? Also, with the headquarters, who would i ask to speak to about making the return. I would never have bought the stupid pump if it was not returnable!! I am very mad and I am highly stressed. It is stupid for Walmart employees to lie to customers! They need to educate them about these items. I am so mad right now!

Uniform & Service
This Walmart is terrible. I used to shop there several times a week but now have declined to shop there due to the workers and their attire. There is one cashier who works there who is at least 400 + pounds and her shirts are just either too small or riddled with bleach stains and holes and her pants are too small. Her stomach hangs from the bottom and a customer complained about her but was told there was not a Store Manager so nothing could be done at the time. No one wants to help you half the time. Just terrible!

Managers lack customer service skills
We went to Walmart last night to buy our daughter a pair of earrings and to pick up a few things we needed for our house. We had no problem with the jewelry counter, the associate was very helpful. We next got in line for a register. After waiting in line for 30 minutes it was finally our turn. We needed assistance from a CSM and our cashier was trying to get one to help us. The light at the register had been blinking for 15 minutes while these so called managers were busy talking and goofing off. Another cashier had even gone to try to get a manager to assist us. He came back and said he was having no luck. My husband had finally had enough and started yelling. Next thing you know 4 managers show up. I sent my husband out to the car and told him I would deal with it. The people in line were commenting on how it's a shame that you can't get a manager to help without causing a scene and then they all show up afterwards. The one manager kept running his mouth to us. The cashier kept apologizing to us, when it wasn't her fault. Walmart has really gone down the tubes. They have lost us as customers along with the people in our line and the line next to ours. A few people even got out of line and walked out. I have not had a good experience with Walmart in our area for a long time. The shelves are never stocked and most of the time we wind up having to go elsewhere. The only reason we went there last night was to try to save time and get the earrings and groceries all at once. Next time I'll go to the mall and grocery store and save us a lot of time and aggravation.
