mistreatment of customer
I was falsely accused, verbally assalted, close to Strip Searched (equally as degrading), humiliated, handcuffed and formally put under arresst by Walmart loss pervention personell and local police. When leaving Walmart I was stopped by a woman grabbing my cart and announcing that she was loss pervention and believed that I had merchandise that was not paid for. I told the woman that I did not have unpaid for merchandise and offerd her to search my things and then showed her I had no pockets as I only had on tights with a wraparound skirt and a tank top with a hoodie with no pockets other than that I had my wallet and reciept in my hand. The LP woman then began to insist and badger me and finally raise her voice stating "You have my merchandise and I want it back now!" I was then escorted by Managment and local Police to the back of the store where I was handcuffed and body searched and not allowed to put my wrap around skirt back on and sat in handcuffs for approximatly 45 min. I was not even asked what happened and then the LP woman came back to the room and read to me a paper stating that I was not allowed back to Walmart ever again and if I was even in the parking lot I would be charged with trespassing. When I asked on what grounds she stated for disturbing a business day. I refused to sign the paper then the LP woman stated she was going to take my picture and I asked her what if I refused to which she stated "You have to" I asked again what would happen if I refused what is the policy and she again raised her voice got closer to my face and said loudly "You have to"! so I said go ahead. I am no longer allowed in any Walmart "Nationwide" as the LP stated loudly.

payment not credited to my account
A lady from the Phillippines called me to say I was overdue with
a payment. I checked and saw my last payment in the amount
of $200.00 was paid on 10/22/2009. She said she didn't see it.
After much ado I paid another $200.00 via phone giving her
my routing number and checking account number. This was
yesterday, October 29th.
Just now I checked my Walmart account and see yesterday's
payment has not been credited.
HELP ! What's going on?

Verbal Assault/following/feeling unsafe
Hi,
I am writing to file a complaint against the Columbus Ohio, store 2098. I am affiliated with one of the daytime cashiers. And as we ended our personal relationship, I noticed that many of the Store's cashiers and CSM's began following me around the store and yelling obsenities to me, while I was trying to shop with my one year old child. As much as I try to ignore it, this is the closest store to my house and i refuse to drive out of the way to find another. There are two employees at this site that are very rude and refuse to let up. One is a CSM (Demetrius) and a cashier named Brittney. I tried to complain in store, but the response i got was "You won't get very far because we all stick together." I'm very upset by the behavior shown in this store by the employees and managers. I keep to myself and just want to get my necessities for myself and son without feeling threatened or in danger. I would really appreciate it if i was contacted about this matter. Thank you very much.

EXCHANGE OF OUTDATED FOOD ITEM
FIRST OF ALL WE HAVE TO SON'S IN iRAQ AND SPEND A LOT OF MONEY IN YOUR STORE. i HAD PURCHASED SOME GRAHAM CRACKERS PIE CRUST TO DO NDIVIDUAL PIE TO SEND TO THE TROOPS, i NOTICED WHEN READY TO BAKE YESTERDAY THEY WERE OUTDATED, SO i WENT TOYOUR STORE AND WAS VERY RUDELY TOLD THAT WITHOUT A RECEIPT i WAS UNABLE TO MAKE AN EXCHAGE SO i TOLD THEM TO KEEP IT AN OUTDATED POSSIBLE BAD FOOD ITEM THAT COULD MADE ANY SOLDIER ILL IS NOT WHAT i WANTED. tHIS IS THE RUDEST THING i HAVE EVER HEARD OF, OF COURSE i AM NOT PREDEJUICE BUT MANY OTHERS WERE GETTING REFUNDS ON ALL SORTS OF ExPENSIVE ELECTRONICS AND I Am STUND. I INTEND TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS THAT ARE PURCAHSING FOR OUR TROOPS THAT ARE PROTECTING THIS COUNRTY AND THE RIGHT FOR YOUR EPLOYEE TO EVEN HAVE A JOB TO NOT SHOP THERE AS I AS AN AMERICAN HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE TREATED WITH AS MUCH RESPECT AS ANOTHER AND MY HUSBAND UP TO THIS DAY SPENDS HUNDREDS A WEEK SUPPORING TROOPS AND BUYING FROM YOUR STORE . I AM HIGHLY OFFENDED AND WHO BY THE WAY SAVES A GROCERY RECEIPT.

Stingy pay, alot of work.
I work as a 2nd shift ICS/Unloader at store in Everett WA, WalMart is extremely cheap and stingy on pay for thier associates in comparison to the work we do. Despite being the most physically demanding job in the store and the fact that they keep adding more and more tasks and responsibilities to our shift the pay is lame at best only 40 cents over minimum wedge. Also they have been testing new procedures in our store in which our shift is responsible to complete additional tasks and having us work faster to unload the GM trucks so we can assist 3rd shift in the tasks they are supposed to finish.
Now I transfered from another store and they didnt have nearly as many additional responsibilities to worry about, it was unloading the trucks, taking the merchandise to the floor, separating, break packs, maby a carryout or two and cleaning up after; as opposed to Unloading trucks, zoneing departments, mixing paint, carryouts, picks, bin audits, bin dumps, trailer listing, assisting night stock, downstacking remix pallets, breakpacks, processing apperal, cleaning up and organizing the receiving area.
I think that with more physical and mental stress and responsibility should come more pay, asif the pay wasnt already crappy for the original tasks we are supposed to have my store keeps adding more and more without any increase in pay. I wouldnt reccomend working as a 2nd shift ICS/Unloader unless you want to spend your first 3-6 hours+(even more during holidays) sweating, twisting, acheing and bending while unloading 1400-2700 peice trucks, pulling pallets up to 2665lbs with shitty half broken jacks while Managment sits there yelling FASTER! FASTER!, only to have tons more shit to do after your main objective is complete. All for half-assed pay.

lousy employees
My family and I had an extremely lousey experience at this Walmart. The deli had an employee by the name of Dentay working who didn't care to recongize anyone waiting for help and then I had a cashier have a problem with keying in the wrong amount of cash I gave her and then not giving me the correct amount back after adding it on my receipt. I went to the service desk which the young lady told me she couldn't help me? They had the slowest and most laziest employees in this store and I would never visit this Walmart again. We talked with the assistant Manager and expained to her the issues and told her she couldn't fix a problem she knew nothing about until was told. I think the man in the deli was out in space...how sad that you can't find good help in those parts.

Accused Theft
I was at walmart on Craig Rd with my 2 year old daughter 18 year old step son his girlfriend 17 and her little sister 15 and a family friend 18. We have been out and about shopping since 9am at various stores. We spent over a hour walking around walmart. I got a few food items as well as toys for my girls and clothes. All the registers were filled with long lines as usual and the jewerly counter associate got my attention and said she could ring me up. I pulled what I thought was everything out of the cart and paid for them. I handed my step son my wallet and told him I had to use the restroom and would meet them at the car. While in the restroom I heard his girlfriend say hurry up so I came out to wash my hands and call my boyfriend. As I was pulling my phone out of my pocket a male grabbed my biecep and said give me your F*&^%ing phone B*&^% and slammed me into the wall. I started screaming get your hand off me someone help me so my friend tried coming in he pushed her back. I had no idea who he was and kept screming for him to let me go . I was terrified. He grabbed my other arm and drug me out of the restroom. My daughter was behind him as he was dragging me and pulling me and lifting me off the ground revealing my body to others in the store she was crying and screaming No My Mommy. Once he dropped me to the ground and I tried crawling away he then said get the F*&^% up and he had me in front of a small door he opened it and threw me to the floor. I was in tears and hurting very badly. Everyone that was with me came in to. The EMTS came ans advised me to seek medical attention at the hospital but I refused to leave my daughter. They called the police and I was arressted on Burglery. I go to court next week and am trying to find an attorney to represent me to go after walmart for assualt and battery. I am a single mother of 2 and scared the justice will not be prevailed for me. What Walmart did was un just and has caused my daughter night terriors and myself anxiety. I will write back once I am done with court to share with the people what the outcome is.

Jewelry
My husband works for Walmart and I've always trusted them with my personal shopping needs so I figured I could trust them when looking for a wedding band. WRONG! The only ring I could find and could afford that looked good with my engagement ring was white gold with 5 small diamonds along the top of it, it was only $140 which I thought was a steal. Apparently, it was. I've had this ring for about 2 months now and it's starting to turn a copper color. I don't have my receipt and now I'm stuck with this fake piece of crap and I'm out $140. Fuck Walmart and their "quality certified" jewelry promise.

On checking out at Register i pressed no cash back @the end of my order I was handed cash back . I was very upset that these machines are not working proper & then to be told they could not help me i am very frustrated . bait and switch practice
bait and switch is a common practice in the world of free market but sad to say the wal mart world monopoly also has started to practice some of these same hard sell tactics. For example one of the more common practices of this is to place merchandise over the wrong shelf price as your complaint suggests but the more deceptive practice was disclosed to me by the stores management only after my formal complaint was addressed to him through the CEO MIKE DUKE IN ARK. AND HERE IS WHAT I WAS TOLD: "It is wal marts practice to place merchandise in a discount/closeout section of the store without a discount price marked on it while awaiting a reduced price to be sent down from the main office". Hopefully this is not an example of what is to come in the new world order of monopoly because it is an absolute deception to miss lead shoppers into assuming they can receive a discounted price at the register only to be humiliated as a spectacle to others when you are debating why you are being charged the regular price with no discount offered to you. well needless to say I found out the hard way while standing in the check out line for nearly 30 min. as the debate continued leaving those viewing to conclude that I was trying to get something for a reduced price when the store intended to get full price by way of this bait and switch policy. Whats worse is the fact that wal mart acknowledges this practice but refuses to change their methods by keeping the unmarked supposed discounted item off the discount shelf until they can properly display a discount price on the item.
