I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter and being times were tough and she is a teenager I was trying to save money. I ordered the boots in October, 2010. The boots never arrived email after email and then to find the customer service line was an answering machine. I sent sooooo many emails and complaints on the phone no response except your order has shipped and will be there in 3 to 5 days. I had been out of work for over a year and really scraped up to get those boots for my daughter. To date I have never received my boots and because I waited over 30 days to go to my bank they couldn't refund the money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WWW.BIGDEALFASHIONS.COM THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I will never order from an unknown company again. I lost $109.00. Don't be a fooled if it sounds too good to be true it is! B Smith
