I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter and being times were tough and she is a teenager I was trying to save money. I ordered the boots in October, 2010. The boots never arrived email after email and then to find the customer service line was an answering machine. I sent sooooo many emails and complaints on the phone no response except your order has shipped and will be there in 3 to 5 days.
