Correctional Billing Services (CBS) is a monopoly company (when trying to contact a loved one in jail). They are dedicated to making attempts to contact loved ones a frustrating and expensive experience. They say they offer customer service, but they don't provide it. The bottom line is that you MUST use their service IF you need to speak via telephone with your loved one. It will cost you well over $1.00 per minute to talk to them.
