I recently signed up for a 30 day "FREE Trial" of this service. I did understand that the FREE Trial meant no subscription (normally �7.50 pm). I was amazed to find after a couple of weeks I had been billed �6 +VAT x 3 - just over �20. I couldn't justify the account on the subscription alone and have requested they cancel my account (3 times) plus refund or explain. Nothing happened - so I called then today.
