Access-4-Free makes it difficult to cancel service, charges after cancellation, refuses refund, and requires proof via an email - which you must send within their website, so you do not have a copy anywhere on your own computer - that you ever requested cancellation to begin with. No matter what facts you present, their answer remains "send us a copy of your cancellation email", which is impossible to do with their procedures, and I believe they not only know this but use it to fatten their bank account while draining yours.
