One day, an auto-renewal charge of $42.79 popped up in my bank account. I don't remember authorizing any kind of auto-renewal on my account when I purchased virus protection last year. I'd love for someone to explain how Norton jusitifes charging almost double the NEW PRODUCT PRICE for auto-renewal?
