A year ago they put in a new transmission for 2500 dollars. A year later the transmission had problems and was not shifting. Basically it did not get out of 2 gear. I took the car in on a friday. Next Wednesday, I had not heard anything so I called them. They never called to update me, and when I called, they acted like they didn't know what vehicle it was. They charged me 80 dollars initially to look at it and told me that it was an internal transmission problem.
