I just got off the phone to India for the fourth time trying to get Dish Network to honor a deal I thought I had made in October 2008. I had switched from regular Dish to HD-TV Dish. I had talked to a young lady in Manila, Philippines and She signed me up for what I thought was going to be free installation and free HBO, Starz, and Cinemax for three months and $24.99 a month for the 200 channel silver package/for 12and $5 for DVR rental each month.
