Purchased 1 several months ago & sent it to a friend of mine. I forgot the phone number of the subscription. I bought another 1 and registered. A phone no appears so I select it. Turns out that it was the same no of the 1st one. No warnings whatsoever nor a reminder that this is the number of your 1st line do you want to proceed? So when I realized that it was the same no. I contacted CS per live chat and lo and behold I will be charged with $10 for an attempt to change the no because it does not allow for mistakes. The menu now will ask... read full review »
