We ordered 3 pairs of ugg boots on-line from greatwears.com. When they arrived, one pair was too large. I emailed the company about returning the boots and they said they do not take returns. Their warehouse is based in China which I was not informed. After several emails, I did secure a mailing address and their approval for returning the boots because I said I was going to cancel the charge on my credit card. They advised me not to do that.
