Two weeks ago my dog peed all over the leather sofa. Called, claimed within an hour of the incident. They said they would have to talk to corporate and get back to me. Today, I called back, checking in on the status (because I hadn't heard from them) only to find out they contacted corporate right after getting off of the phone with me for the second time.
