Time Warner is the biggest bunch of LIARS I have ever dealt with in a company. They tell you one thing and mean something else. They tell you what a charge is gonna be for something and then when you get your bill it's triple what they said it was gonna be. They make you all these offers at discounted prices, but it's never what they say. I am so sick of being raped by these multi-billion dollar companys!!! The goverment and the Attorney General needs to investigate these companies and put regulations on them. read full review »
