Direct TV had provided me with the worst customer service and product service. Today, I cancelled their service after several calls to complain. They have the nerve to say they are billing me $300 as a cancellation fee! Since when are we forced to pay for BAD service? I gave them 7 months to respond to problems, constant freezing, rebooting the boxes far too often. The salesman told me I would receive certain channels but they were not available.
